Where does the traffic number come from? Is it accurate?
Traffic is an estimate from third‑party data sources. It may be inaccurate or unavailable for some sites and does not represent a site’s first‑party analytics.
Why do some sites show no traffic data?
Some domains may have insufficient coverage in third‑party datasets or may be blocked/unsupported, so no estimate is returned.
What do I get with Pro?
Pro unlocks traffic estimates and higher usage limits. The free plan lets you browse the directory with basic search and filters.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel auto‑renewal in the Membership Center. After cancellation, you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital services typically do not include automatic refunds. If you were charged in error or cannot access paid features due to a technical issue, contact [email protected] and we’ll review and help.
