What payment options do you support?
We support monthly and yearly subscriptions (auto‑renew, cancel anytime) and may also offer one‑time purchases depending on the plan. See the checkout page for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel auto‑renewal in the Membership Center. After cancellation, you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Where does the traffic number come from? Is it accurate?
Traffic is an estimate from third‑party data sources and may be inaccurate or unavailable for some sites. It does not represent a site’s first‑party analytics.
Does it include technical support?
Paid plans include email support. Response times depend on current workload.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital services typically do not include automatic refunds. If you were charged in error or cannot access paid features due to a technical issue, contact support@datools.org and we’ll review and help.
