SensePulse Terms of Service
These terms govern use of SensePulse, a private, read-only Google AdSense reporting and notification utility. 使用本服务即表示您同意以下条款。
1. Service description / 服务说明
SensePulse retrieves selected Google AdSense reporting metrics with the account owner's authorization, formats them into a concise summary, and delivers that summary through a configured private notification channel.
SensePulse 仅在账户所有者授权后读取选定的 AdSense 报告指标，并通过已配置的私有渠道发送摘要。
2. Authorization and acceptable use / 授权与合理使用
You may connect only a Google account that you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of Google's terms or applicable law.
3. Read-only access / 只读访问
SensePulse requests read-only access to AdSense reporting data. The service does not promise or provide the ability to modify ads, account settings, users, payments, or other Google account content.
4. Report accuracy / 报告准确性
Notifications are informational summaries based on data returned by the Google AdSense API. Estimated earnings and other metrics may be delayed, adjusted, unavailable, or different from finalized figures shown by Google. Google's records remain authoritative.

5. No financial or tax advice / 非财务或税务建议
SensePulse provides automated reporting only. Its messages are not financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
6. Availability and changes / 可用性与变更
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Delivery can be affected by Google API availability, network conditions, authorization expiry, notification-provider limits, or maintenance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service when reasonably necessary.
7. Security and account responsibility / 安全与账户责任
You are responsible for protecting your Google and WeCom accounts and promptly revoking access if you suspect unauthorized use. SensePulse uses reasonable safeguards, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted delivery.
8. Limitation of liability / 责任限制
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DaTools and the SensePulse operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delayed, incomplete, or unavailable reports. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy, termination, and contact / 隐私、终止与联系
Use of Google user data is described in the SensePulse Privacy Policy. You may stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time. We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date on this page.
